Self Referral

Solihull service update:

From Monday 19 October 2026, the NHS Talking Therapies service in Solihull has transferred to Living Well Consortium. New referrals for the Solihull service are no longer accepted by Coventry and Warwickshire Talking Therapies. If you would like to make a self-referral, please visit the Living Well Consortium website.

Existing clients affected by the transfer will be contacted directly regarding their ongoing care and any upcoming appointments. Living Well Consortium will begin contacting transferred clients from Monday 26 October 2026 onwards.

There are three ways in which you can refer into our service:

1. Using the automated referral assistant button.

  

This option will save you time at your initial assessment and you will be provided with free access to the Wysa Everyday Mental Health App.

Wysa is an interactive AI-powered space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, while learning evidence-based skills and techniques to help build resilience and feel better.

Please be aware that this is an automated chat and your responses may not be viewed until you are booked in to see a clinician.

2. Completing our online self-referral form.

If you have referred via the chatbot, there is no need to do another referral via this form.

3. Telephoning our referral centre on 02476 671 090 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4.30pm).

We see people who are aged 16 and over, registered with a GP in Coventry or Warwickshire and who are not currently being seen by another mental health team.

NHS Talking Therapies is not an emergency service, so if you feel you are deteriorating or having thoughts of suicide, call 111 and select the mental health option. It is important you keep yourself safe and get some help.
